Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to study of solving the structure of lectins based on X-ray crystallography data. Especially mutant lectin BC2L-A from bacteria Burkholderia cenocepacia and lectin R-IIL from bacteria Ralstonia solanacearum, which both have a single mutation in their binding site. Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje štúdiu riešenia štruktúr lektínov na základe kryštalografických dát. Konkrétne ide o mutantné lektíny BC2L-A z baktérie Burkholderia cenocepacia a RS-IIL lektín z baktérie Ralstonia solanacearum, ktoré obsahujú každá po jednej mutácií v ich väzbovom mieste.
