Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců prodeje ve firmě Weidmüller, s.r.o. Bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci prodeje motivováni a stimulováni k plnění pracovních úkolů. Bachelor thesis analyzes the motivation and stimulation of employees in company sales Weidmüller, s.r.o. Survey was carried out, in order to establish whether the sales staff are motivated and encouraged to perform work tasks.
