Cílem bakalářské práce „Ekonomický a právní pohled na rozpočet státní a rozpočty ÚSC“ je seznámení s problematikou státního rozpočtu a rozpočtů ÚCS z právního a ekonomického pohledu. Nejprve je práce zaměřena především na právní úpravu rozpočtů, jejich příjmů a rozpočtový proces. Poté je rozebrána finanční soběstačnost ÚSC a důležitost dotací. The goal of the bachelor thesis “The economic and legal perspective on state budgets and TSU” is to give information about a realm of state budgets and TSU from legal and also economic point of view.
