Zhodnocení využití a významu plemenných hřebců Solo Rosa XVII a Solo Bardana XVIII v chovu starokladrubského koně

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zhodnocení využití a významu plemenných hřebců Solo Rosa XVII a Solo Bardana XVIII v chovu starokladrubského koně. Práce zahrnuje historii a vývoj chovu, šlechtitelský program, standardy hmotnosti a tělesných měr podle růstového pásma a charakteristiku kmenů. Dále se v této práci pojednává o využití starokladrubských koní, kteří jsou využíváni zejména pro reprezentativní účely v ČR i v zahraničí. V kapitole výsledků a diskuse je zmíněna charakteristika dvou výše uvedených hřebců a nejvyšší dosažené sportovní úspěchy jejich potomstva. Solo Rosa XVII po sobě zanechal 72 potomků. Solo Bardana XVIII má prozatím 44 potomků. Zastoupení starokladrubského plemene nepatrně roste a tvoří 1,88 % populace z celkového počtu koní. Byla provedena popisná statistika variačních měr a středních hodnot, dále byla data vyhodnocena pomocí metody ANOVA, kde byl sledován vliv výše uvedených skupin faktorů na růstové parametry a hodnocení výkonnostních zkoušek. Na základě výsledků klisen po otci Solo Rosa XVII byla ověřena hypotéza, že jeho potomstvo klisen je lepší než potomstvo klisen po otci Solo Bardana XVIII. V práci bylo potvrzeno, že mimo výběr otce je důležitější vhodný výběr matky z důvodu většího genetického ovlivnění potomstva. Hřebci a klisny po otci Solo Bardana XVIII dosahovaly vyšších výsledků v růstových křivkách než po otci Solo Rosa XVII. Dle výsledných hodnot vyplynulo, že jsou v potomstvu koně nesplňující doporučené průměrné hodnoty dle růstových křivek plemenného řádu, ale i přes to se tito jedinci v plemenitbě využívají.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the use and importance of the breeding stallions Solo Rosa XVII and Solo Bardana XVIII in the breeding of the Old Kladruby horse. The thesis includes the history and development of the breeding, the breeding program, weight and body measurements standards by growth zone and the characteristics of the strains. Furthermore, this thesis discusses the use of Old Kladruby horses, which are mainly used for representative purposes in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the chapter of results and discussion, the characteristics of the two stallions mentioned above and the highest sporting achievements of their offspring are mentioned. Solo Rosa XVII left 72 offspring. Solo Bardana XVIII has 44 offspring so far. The representation of the Old Kladruby horse breed is slightly increasing and accounts for 1,88 % of the total population. Descriptive statistics of measures of variation and means were performed, and the data were evaluated using ANOVA to examine the effect of the above groups of factors on growth parameters and performance test scores. Based on the performance of mares sired by Solo Rosa XVII, the hypothesis that his mare progeny is better than the mare progeny sired by Solo Bardana XVIII was tested. It was confirmed in the study that apart from sire selection, appropriate dam selection is more important due to greater genetic influence on the offspring. Stallions and mares sired by Solo Bardana XVIII performed higher in growth curves than those sired by Solo Rosa XVII. According to the resulting values, it was found that there are horses in the offspring that do not meet the recommended average values according to the growth curves of the breeding order, but despite this, these individuals are used in breeding.
