Young people’s undeclared work and possible solutions

Abstract:

The submitted thesis focuses on illicit work among the young people in Slovakia. Main reason of the focus on illicit work is the fact that this kind of work will shortly become a core of labour force in the region. Reader is also acknowledged with the basic facts and forms of illicit work as well as with the methods of estimates. Data were obtained via internet questionnaire. Findings of the thesis are presented in form of descriptive statistics and in form of econometric model, which was used to test selected hypothesis. The goal of the thesis is to test couple of preconditions related with illicit work and to create current a clear data. Eventually, possible ways of the suppression of illicit work are presented.

Abstract:

Táto práca sa sústredí na tzv. prácu na čierno medzi mladými ľuďmi na území Slovenska. Je konkretizovaná práve na túto skupinu hlavne z dôvodu, že onedlho bude tvoriť jadro pracovnej sily regiónu. Čitateľ je oboznámený so základnými skutočnosťami tejto problematiky, s jej podobami a metódami odhadov. Ďalej sa práca zaoberá dátami, ktoré boli zbierané formou dotazníku šíreného cez internet. Zistenia sú prezentované podobou štatistík a neskôr je predstavený ekonometrický model pomocou ktorého sú testované zvolené hypotézy. Cieľom práce je overiť niekoľko predpokladov súvisiacich s ochotou pracovať na čierno a vytvoriť aktuálne a prehľadné dáta konkretizovanej oblasti. K záveru sú predostreté možné spôsoby potlačenia tejto problematiky.
