Úvod: Schizofrenie je závažné psychiatrické onemocnění, které způsobuje řadu funkčních a strukturálních změn v mozku pacienta. Bohužel i chronická léčba antipsychotiky způsobuje změny tohoto charakteru. Background: Schizophrenia is a debilitating mental illness resulting in multiple structural and functional brain changes. Moreover, chronic antipsychotic treatment induces both functional and structural brain changes.
