The thesis focuses on the satisfaction of midwives in their profession. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes who a midwife is, what job satisfaction is and what tools are used to evaluate the job satisfaction of midwives. The practical part of the work consists of a survey.
