Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat revitalizaci výletního zámečku Větruše v Ústí nad Labem a definovat dopady obnovy objektu na ústecký region. Zejména vliv na cestovní ruch, životní podmínky obyvatel a na další aspekty regionální rozvoje. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze revitalization of the chateau Větruše, situated in Ústí nad Labem and to define repercussion of the reconstruction on Ústí region.
