Specifics of selected methods of forensic techniques

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifika vybraných metod kriminalistické techniky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy kriminalita včetně jejích druhů. Také je zde popsáno místo činu s přihlédnutím k využití kriminalistických technik na místě činu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny i druhy ohledání místa činu. Další kapitoly obsahují charakteristiku několika vybraných kriminalistických technik, a to konkrétně techniky: daktyloskopie, kriminalistická odorologie, kriminalistická balistika a trasologie. Praktická část je věnována poslední vybrané kriminalistické technice - kriminalistické videoexpertize. Je zde uvedena charakteristika kriminalistické videoexpertizy a jsou zde popsány druhy digitálních stop. V poslední části této práce je uvedený autentický případ, na kterém je využita kriminalistická videoexpertiza včetně vyhodnocení přínosu kriminalistické videoexpertizy na tomto konkrétním případu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the specific features of selected methods of criminalistic techniques. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the concepts of crime including its types are explained. The crime scene is also described, considering the use of forensic techniques at the crime scene. The types of crime scene examination are also presented. Other chapters contain the characteristics of a few selected criminalistic techniques, namely the techniques of dactyloscopy, criminalistic odorology, criminalistic ballistics, and tracing. The practical part is devoted to the last selected criminalistic technique - criminalistic video examination. The characteristics of criminalistic video examination are presented and the types of digital traces are described. The last part of this thesis presents an authentic case in which criminalistic video examination is used, including an evaluation of the contribution of criminalistic video examination to this case.
