Murder from the Perspective of Law and Criminology

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se zabý-vám rozborem vraždy z pohledu juristického s krátkým historickým exkurzem až po současnou právní úpravu, kdy je tak vražda, co by trestný čin proti životu, rozebrán dopodrobna. Rovněž se budu zabývat narozením a smrtí člověka, a to z pohledu teorie trestního práva. pro-blematika eutanázie, jako důstojná smrt jedince, a tedy trestní právo „de lege ferenda“. Druhá část je věnována problematice kriminologie. Jejímu pohledu na vraždu, oběti a taktéž se věnuji konkrétněji osobě pachatele.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, I deal with the analysis of murder from a legal point of view with a short historical excursion to the current legislation, where the murder, which would be a crime against life, is analyzed in detail. I will also deal with the birth and death of man, from the point of view of the theory of criminal law. the problem of euthanasia, as the dignified death of the individual, and thus the criminal law of "de lege ferenda". The second part is devoted to the issue of criminology. I look at her view of the murder, the victims and I also pay more attention to the person of the perpetrator.
