Diplomová práce pojednává o zdravém životním stylu žáků základních škol. Teoretická část vymezuje faktory ovlivňující zdravý životní styl žáků. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na výchovu sexuálního dospívání, metodické pojetí této problematiky v RVP či ŠVP konkrétních škol. The thesis discusses the healthy lifestyle of elementary school students, especially then, on sexual maturation. The theoretical part defines the factors affecting the healthy lifestyle of students and individual factors breaks down into chapters.
