Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá snížením daňové povinnosti legální cestou, takzvanou optimalizací daně. Teoretická část je zaměřena na průzkum daňových zákonů a další literatury, která se zabývá daným tématem, ve kterých jsou uvedeny možnosti, jak daňovou povinnost snížit a za jakých podmínek se tyto nástroje dají použít. This bachelor thesis deals with the reduction of tax liability in a legal way, the so-called tax optimization. The theoretical part is focused on a survey of tax laws and other literature that deals with the topic, in which the possibilities of how to reduce the tax liability and under what conditions these tools can be used.
