Utilization of reversible Osmosis for Production of demineralized Water

Abstract:

V dané práci jsem se rozhodl porovnat náklady potřebné na výrobu demineralizované vody pro napájení parovodního okruhu tepelné elektrárny. Porovnával jsem starý provoz chemické úpravny vod, kde je demineralizovaná voda vyráběna pouze pomocí demineralizačních linek, a modernizovaný provoz, kde je před demineralizačními linkami vybudována stanice reverzní osmózy. Porovnání se týká nákladů na tzv. provozní hmoty, mezi které patří chemikálie pro předúpravu vody (čiření) , dále pak chemikálie pro regeneraci demineralizačních linek. Do nákladů nejsou zahrnuty pořizovací náklady vybudované technologie, dále náklady na elektrickou energii, neboť neexistuje žádné dílčí měření pro zjištění korektních hodnot. Také nejsou zohledněny náklady na náplně jednotlivých filtrů a modulů RO, protože ve sladovaném období nedošlo k jejich výměně.

Abstract:

In the work, I decided to compare the costs necessary to produce demineralised water for the power steam-water circuit of the power plant. I compared the old operation of the chemical water treatment plant where demineralized water is produced only by demineralization lines, and the modernized operation, where there is built a station of reverse osmosis before the demineralization lines.This comparing it relates to the so-called operating materials costs, including chemicals for water pre-treatment (clarification), then chemicals for regeneration demineralization lines. The costs do not include the start built technology costs, nor energy costs, as there is no measurement to determine the correct value. Nor the costs of various filters fillings and RO modules have not been taken in account, because they were not changed during the monitored period
