Theme of diploma thesis „Crisis management and its implementation in company” is evolution of FOR G’s crisis. First part is focused on theoretical basis of company, company's crisis, crisis management and financial analysis. Second part is targeted on characteristic of FOR G’s crisis and crisis management.
