Nepodmíněný trest odnětí svobody neplní pouze funkci ochrannou, spočívající v ochraně společnosti před pachatelem trestné činnosti, ale je třeba vnímat také jeho výchovnou funkci. The unconditional sentence of imprisonment does not only fulfill the protective function of protecting society against the perpetrator of crime, but also its educational function. It is not enough just to isolate the convict from society, but it needs to be educated in order to avoid further crimes in the future, and this must be done during the execution of sentence, which is related to the provision …more
