Předmětem této rigorózní práce je analýza právní úpravy vymáhání daňových nedoplatků soudními exekutory. Cílem práce je zejména poukázat na rozdíly v exekuci vedené správcem daně a soudním exekutorem, aplikační nejasnosti současné právní úpravy zabezpečení vymáhání daňových nedoplatků soudními exekutory, a to včetně postupu při výběru konkrétního exekutorského úřadu.
