Family mediation

Abstract:

Bakalářské práce, s názvem ?Rodinná mediace?, seznamuje čtenáře s metodou mediace, jako alternativním způsobem řešení konfliktů. Mediace je tedy chápána jako flexibilní, dobrovolný způsob řešení konfliktů za pomoci třetí nezávislé osoby, mediátora. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Obsah teoretické části tvoří kapitoly mediace, historie mediace, mediátor, proces mediace, indikace k mediaci a mediace v rodinných konfliktech. V těchto kapitolách čtenář nalezne popis podstaty metody mediace, jejího historického vývoje ve světě i v ČR, vymezení osoby a role mediátora. Následný text je věnován deskripci jednotlivých fází mediace, doplněný o vhodné/nevhodné situace k mediaci. Samostatná kapitola je zaměřena na mediaci v rodinných konfliktech. Praktická část ilustruje využití mediace v praxi pomocí kasuistik z oblasti rodinných konfliktů. Výstupem této části je shrnutí praxe s danou teorií.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis, with the title ?Family Mediation?, introduces the readers with the method of mediation as an alternative way of resolving conflicts. Mediation is seen as a flexible, voluntary method of resolving conflicts through independent third parties, the mediator. The thesis is divided into two parts. The content of the theoretical part consists of chapters of mediation, the history of mediation, the mediator, the mediation process, indications for mediation and mediation in family conflicts. In these chapters the reader will find a description of the nature of the method of mediation, its historical development in the world and in the CR, the definition of a person and his mediator role. The subsequent text is devoted to describe the various stages of mediation, coupled with appropriate/ inappropriate situations to mediation. A separate chapter is focused on mediation in family conflicts. The practical part illustrates the use of mediation in practice through case studies in the field of family conflicts. The output of this section is a summary of practice with the theory.
