Perpetrator of domestic violence

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat pachatele domácího násilí. Vysvětlit domácí násilí jako pojem a definovat jeho znaky, formy a spojení s trestním právem. Dále se práce zabývá agresorem, tedy pachatelem domácího násilí, jak z pohledu kriminologie, tak trestního práva. Obsahem práce je také typologie pachatelů z různých pohledů a definování rozdílů mezi muži a ženami jako násilnými osobami. S tím dále souvisí využití institutu vykázání příslušníky Policie České republiky a v neposlední řadě výčet a popis činnosti institucí, které se v České republice problematikou násilných osob a domácího násilí zabývají. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden sběrem dat v oblasti vykázání a trestného činu §199 dle zákona č. 40/2009 Sb.

Abstract:

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe the perpetrator of domestic violence. To explain domestic violence as a concept and to define its features, forms and connection with criminal law. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the aggressor, i.e. the perpetrator of domestic violence, from the perspective of both criminology and criminal law. The content of the thesis also includes a typology of perpetrators from different perspectives and defining the differences between men and women as violent persons. This is also related to the use of the institute of banishment by the police officers of the Czech Republic and, last but not least, a list and description of the activities of institutions dealing with the issue of violent persons and domestic violence in the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of quantitative research, which was done by collecting data in the area of banishment and the crime of §199 according to Act No. 40/2009 Coll.
