Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a historií pivovarnictví ve druhé polovině 19. století a na počátku 20. století. Jako příklad posloužil malý pivovar v městečku na Českomoravské vrchovině. Práce se snaží ukázat historii tohoto odvětví, některá jeho pravidla, a také historií podniku v Borové u Přibyslavi v tomto období. Abstract:
My bachelor diploma paper deals with progress and history of brewing industry in a second half of the 19. century and at the beginning of 20. century. As an example was use little brewery in the Bohemian and Moravian highlands. The essay wants show historii of this line, brewers rules, and historii firm in Borová near Přibyslav in this era too.
