Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s právní úpravou dotačního podvodu společně se související právní úpravou obecného podvodu a poškození finančních zájmů Evropských společenství. V bakalářské práce se poukazuje i na instituce, které se snaží předejít páchání trestného činu dotačního podvodu. Abstract:
The familiarity with legislation of the subsidy fraud, general fraud and damage the financial interests of the European Communities is aim of the Bachelor thesis. The Bachelor´s work points out to institutions that prevent from perpretation of a criminal offence of subsidy fraud. Finally the work includes a case of subsidy fraud. The case presents practical findings.
