Comparison of the physical fitness of the younger and older youth players with Eurofit test

Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám problematikou tělesné zdatnosti hráčů fotbalu mladšího a staršího dorostu pomocí EUROFIT testu. Cílem práce je srovnat tělesnou zdatnost hráčů fotbalu mladšího a staršího dorostu. Testoval jsem 40 hráčů (20 z mladšího dorostu a 20 ze staršího dorostu). V této práci charakterizuji fotbal, historii fotbalu, fotbalové posty, mládežnický fotbal, adolescenci a tělesnou zdatnost

In this bachelor thesis i deal with comparison of the physical fitness of the younger and older youth players with EUROFIT test.
