Application of the Propriofoot on the patient with chronic instability of the knee joint

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá konceptem Propriofoot a jeho využitím v rehabilitaci u pacienta s chronickou nestabilitou kolenního kloubu. Teoretické část shrnuje poznatky o anatomii, kineziologii kolenního kloubu. Dále jsou popsány poruchy stability kolenního kloubu, v návaznosti na posturální stabilitu. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o konceptu Propriofoot a jeho využití v rehabilitaci. Praktická část obsahuje návrh terapie s prvky z konceptu Propriofoot, která byla aplikována po dobu šesti týdnů u pacienta s chronickou nestabilitou kolenního kloubu. Ověření účinku cvičení spočívalo ve srovnání úrovně cvičení na Propriofoot a hodnocení parametrů při stoji na jedné noze na dynamickém chodníku Rehawalk. Práce naznačuje, že každodenní terapie po dobu šesti týdnů, u pacienta s chronickou nestabilitou kolene, má vliv na změnu segmentálního zapojení chodidla, také došlo ke zlepšení rovnováhy a zmírnění subjektivních potíží.

Abstract:

The submitted bachelor's thesis is devoted to the concept of Propriofoot and its use in rehabilitation on the patient, with the chronic instability of the knee joint. The theoretical part summarizes the anatomical and kinesiological knowledge of the knee joint. Furthermore are described a malfunctions of the knee joint stability, following postural stability. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on the concept of Propriofoot and its use in rehabilitation. The practical part contains a proposal for therapy with elements from the Propriofoot concept, which was applied for six weeks on a patient with chronic knee instability. The verification of the effect of the exercise consisted in comparing the level of exercise on the Propriofoot and evaluating the parameters while standing on one leg on the dynamic Rehawalk sidewalk. The work suggests that daily therapy for six weeks, in a patient with chronic knee instability, has the effect of changing the segmental involvement of the foot, there has also been an improvement in balance and alleviation of subjective difficulties.
