Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodnou variantu financování investičního záměru společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable alternative of financing investment intent of the company XY. Thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes classification of investments, phases of investments process and the evaluation of the effectiveness.
