Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výklad Směrnice 2005/29/ES o nekalých obchodních praktikách. V práci jsou pojmově vymezeny základní instituty práva proti nekalé soutěži, jako je spotřebitel, nekalá soutěž, nekalé obchodní praktiky aj. The subject of this thesis is the interpretation of the Unfair tade practices Directive 2005/29/EC.
