Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem sociálních pracovníků OSPOD k mediaci při sporech o děti v rozvodovém řízení. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy mediace, rodinná mediace, spory o děti, sociální pracovník OSPOD a postoj. The diploma thesis deals with the attitude of social workers of OSPOD towards mediation in children's disputes in divorce proceedings. In the theoretical part are described the concepts of mediation, family mediation, disputes about children, social worker OSPOD and attitude.
