Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje příběh muže s dlouholetou diagnózou diabetes mellitus a následnými komplikacemi. V teoretické části se zabýváme možnostmi léčby diabetu, komplikacemi a edukací. Dále je tato část zaměřena na chirurgické řešení diabetické gangrény, amputace, komplikace amputací a na ošetřovatelskou péči. Empirická část popisuje život muže s diabetem mellitem a následnými komplikacemi, které jsou spojené s touto diagnózou. Dalé také popisuje zvládání nemoci, dlouhodobé hospitalizace a důležitost psychické podpory klienta v tomto období. Empirická část je rozdělena na anamnézu a katamnézu, ve které popisujeme jednotlivé etapy klientova života. Za každou částí je analýza a interpretace a na závěr je diskuze, ve které shrnujeme celý příběh klienta a porovnáváme průběh jeho nemoci s tím co uvádí literatura. Informace byly získávány pomocí rozhovoru s pacientem, jeho sestrou, ošetřujícím lékařem a také ze zdravotnické dokumentace.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis describes the story of a man with a long-time diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and consequent complications. The theoretical part deals with the possibilities of treatment of diabetes complications and education. This part is focused on the surgical treatment of diabetic gangrene, amputation, complications amputations and nursing care. The empirical part describes the life of a man with diabetes mellitus and consequent complications that are associated with this diagnosis. It also describes how to manage the disease, long-term hospitalization and the importance of psychological support to the client in this period. The empirical part is divided into anamnesis and catamnesis, which describes the different stages of the client's life. For each part is the analysis and interpretation and finally the discussion, which summarizes the story of the client and compare the course of his illness with what the literature. Information was obtained by interview the patient, his sister, the attending physician and the medical records.
