Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem komparace potřeb u klientů pedagogicko-psychologické poradny a jejich proměně v časovém období. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na klíčové pojmy, popisuje a definuje sociální práci v kontextu sociálního poradenství, pedagogicko-psychologickou poradnu zachycuje od jejich prvopočátku až po současnost a průřezově se v tomto období zabývá i předmětem činností a vývojem poskytovaných služeb. Přibližuje odborné činnosti pracovníků, kteří služby poskytují, a v neposlední řadě se také věnuje klientům, kteří služby využívají. Teoretické poznatky zprostředkují potenciálním uchazečům o zaměstnání v pedagogicko-psychologické poradně představu o pracovní náplni v tomto zařízení a také objasní klientům, popř. jejich zákonným zástupcům charakter poradenských služeb, které toto zařízení poskytuje. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se vyvíjí potřeby ve vybraném časovém období u klientů, kteří využívají odborných služeb pedagogicko-psychologické poradny. K dosažení výzkumného cíle bude v praktické části zvolen vhodný typ výzkumu, umožňující potvrzení, doplnění či vyvrácení získaných poznatků vztahujících se k naplnění výzkumného cíle a zároveň i k detailnějšímu poznání problematiky, včetně návrhu možných doporučení, jak zkvalitnit a zefektivnit nabízené služby.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of comparing the needs of clients of a pedagogical-psychological counselling center and their change over time. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on key terms, describes and defines social work in the context of social counselling, captures pedagogical-psychological counselling from the beginnings to the present day, and in this period also deals cross-sectionals with the subject of activities and the development of the services provided. Approximate the professional activities of the workers who provide the services, and last but not least also focuses on the clients who use the services. Theoretical knowledge will convey to potential applicants for a job in a pedagogical-psychological counselling center an idea of the job description in this facility and also clarify to clients or to their legal representatives the nature of the advisory services provided by this facility. The goal of the research part is to find out how the needs of clients who use the professional services of a pedagogical-psychological consultancy develop in a selected period of time. In order to achieve the research goal a suitable type of research will be chosen in the practical part, enabling the confirmation, addition or refutation of the knowledge gained related to the fulfillment of the research goal and at the same time for a more detailed understanding of the issue, including the proposal of possible recommendations on how to improve the quality and efficiency of the services offered.
