The singer's voice, voice disorders and vocal hygiene

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hlasu zpěváka. Zaměřuje se na anatomii, fyziologii a ontogenezi celého hlasového aparátu a definuje specifika zpěvného hlasu. Pozornost je věnována hlasovým poruchám organickým i funkčním, se kterými se ve své praxi hlasoví profesionálové setkávají nejčastěji, a možnostem prevence výskytu těchto poruch dodržováním zásad hlasové hygieny. Druhá část práce analyzuje zkušenosti s hlasovými poruchami a hlasovou hygienou mezi studenty zpěvu, jakožto budoucími hlasovými profesionály.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of the singer's voice. It focuses on anatomy, physiology and ontogenesis of the vocal apparatus and it defines the specifics of singing voice. The most common organic and functional defects of the vocal cords are dealt with in professional vocalists in mind. The possible ways of preventing such defects are presented alongside the principles of the vocal hygiene. The second part of the thesis introduces practical experience with vocal defects and vocal hygiene among students aspiring to become professional vocalists.
