Diplomová práca sa v teoretickej časti zaoberá pohľadom a skúsenosťami súčasných českých ženských strihačiek na strih dokumentárnych filmov a rôznych aspektov s ním spojených. V práci sa tiež skúmajú rozdiely v subjektívnom pohľade ženskej strihačky a mužského strihača na film či rozdiely v profesnej kariére v súčasnej českej dokumentárnej tvorbe. The master thesis in the theoretical part deals with the view and experience of contemporary Czech female editors in the editing of documentary films and various aspects associated with it.
