Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou odmeňovania zamestnancov v bankovom sektore. V prvej časti práce sú priblížené základné pojmy z oblasti personálneho manažmentu. Druhá časť práce hodnotí celkový systém odmeňovania zamestnancov v bankovom sektore, s konkrétnejším zameraním na Tatra banku a.s. a ukončuje ju SWOT analýza odmeňovania zamestnancov v bankovom sektore a v Tatra banke a.s.
