Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována výuce nadaných žáků na druhém stupni základní školy a jejich učitelům. Teoretická část podává vhled do odborné literatury na toto téma. Empirickou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, na otázky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru odpovídalo 7 učitelů. Studie podává souvislost mezi znalostí problematiky a charakteristik nadaných a zkušenostmi učitelů nadaných dětí ve výuce angličtiny.

Abstract:

The thesis is dedicated to the education of gifted pupils in the lower secondary school and their teachers. The theoretical part gives an insight into the literature on the subject. The empirical part consists of qualitative research, 7 teachers answered the questions of a semi-structured interview. The study provides a link between teachers' knowledge of the issues and characteristics of gifted children and their experiences of teaching gifted children in English at lower secondary level.
