Causes of significant income inequalities in Brazil and possible solutions

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza příčin příjmové nerovností v Brazílii. Práce se věnuje zkoumání výskytu příjmové nerovnosti, identifikaci faktorů, které mají největší vliv na nerovnost příjmu v Brazílii, a návrh možných způsobů řešení. První část práce představuje vymezení pojetí příjmové nerovností z teoretického hlediska a popis různých příčin vzniku daného jevu. Ve druhé části se práce zaměřuje na zkoumání historických předpokladů a odhalení příčin, které by mohli vést k současné příjmové nerovností v Brazílii. V poslední části jsou shrnuty možnosti řešení tohoto problému.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of causes of income inequality in Brazil. The thesis is dedicated to examining the origins of income inequality, identifying factors that have the greatest impact on income inequality in Brazil, and the proposal of possible solutions. The first part of the thesis represents the definition of income inequality from a theoretical point of view and a description of various causes of this phenomenon. In the second part, the thesis focuses on research of historical assumptions and revelation of causes that could lead to current income disparities in Brazil. The last part summarizes the possibilities for solving this problem.
