Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku tištěných tranzistorů. V práci jsou popsány různé druhy organických tranzistorů, které se liší svým výrobním postupem a principem funkce. V následující kapitole jsou uvedeny typy flexibilních substrátů, které se pro tisk flexibilních organických tranzistorů používají. This bachelor thesis is focused on printed transistors. In this work are described different kinds of organic transistors, which vary in their manufacturing process and function principle. In following chapter are listed types of flexible substrates, which are used for printing of flexible organic transistors.
