Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací k práci pedagoga v lesní mateřské škole. Tento koncept se od běžných mateřských škol liší především v tom, že se edukační proces odehrává povětšinou venku, a to za každého počasí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the motivation to work as a teacher in outdoor preschool/forest kindergarten. This concept differs from common preschools mainly in the fact, that education process takes place mostly outdoors and in all kinds of weather.
