Disertační práce se zabývá vybranými otázkami aplikace Úmluvy o občanskoprávních aspektech mezinárodních únosů nezletilých dětí. Důraz je kladen nejen na pojem rodičovské odpovědnosti a některé problematické body Úmluvy samotné, ale i na současnou situaci a záměry. Dissertation deals with some issues by the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Abduction of minors. The emphasis is not only on the area of parental responsibility and certain points of the Convention itself, but also on the current situation and plans in this area.
