The comparison of absorption costing with direct costing and their use in the management
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a srovnává dvě kalkulační metody: metodu kalkulace úplných nákladů s metodou kalkulace variabilních nákladů. V praktické části práce popisuje metody kalkulace používané v konkrétním podniku (uvedeném jako příklad), a provádí zhodnocení, zda používané metody poskytují potřebnou kvalitu pro manažerské rozhodovací procesy.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis two calculation methods are analyzed and compared - the method of absorption costing with the method of direct (variable) costing. In the practical part methods of costing used in a concrete firm (chosen for illustration) are analyzed and evaluated in terms of their potency to enable the management decision process.
