Předmětem této diplomové práce je jeden ze zásadních institutů dědického práva, a to konkrétně dědická nezpůsobilost. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on one of the basic succession law institutes, incapacity to inherit. In addition to other institutes, it represents one of the basic conditions for succession law, as well as the actual devolution of estate on a specific heir.
