Evulation of the Investment into the Production Technology Transfer in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investice do přesunu výrobní technologie ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá literární rešerší pojednávající o oblasti investic, vymezení vstupních veličin a metod pro hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru. Práce rovněž obsahuje účel, metody a definice ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti a prezentuje výsledky finanční analýzy dle uvedených metod v teoretické části. V praktické části byl popsán investiční projekt a jeho vstupní údaje. Dále pak bylo provedeno zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru na základě dynamických a statických metod.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of the investment project in the transfer of production technology in the selected company. The theoretical part deals with a literature review that deals with the field of investment, definitions of input variables and a method for evaluating the efficiency of the investment project. The thesis also contains the object, methods and indicators of financial analysis. The practical part begins with the introduction of the selected company and presents the results of financial analysis according to the method in the theoretical part. In the practical part the investment project and its input data were described. Furthermore, the evaluation of the efficiency of the investment project was proved by dynamic and static methods.
