Epidural and General Anesthesia for Caesarean Section

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Předmětem této studie je epidurální a celková anestezie při císařském řezu. Teoretická část obsahuje historii, výhody a nevýhody, indikace a kontraindikace a pooperační vliv anestezie. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit informovanost žen o epidurální a celkové anestezii a zároveň z jakých zdrojů informace získávají pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu. Dalším cílem studie bylo zjistit, zda ženy znají výhody a komplikace epidurální a celkové anestezie. Anonymní dotazníky jsem rozdala ženám v šestinedělí. Výsledky této studie byly zaznamenány do grafu, kde jsou uvedeny výsledy tohoto výzkumu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and a partical parts. The subject of this Bachlor thesis is an epidural and general anaesthesia for caesarean section. The theoretical part contains the history of epidural and general anaesthesia, advantages, disadvantages, indications, contraindications and postoperative care. The aim of Bachelor thesis was to determine patiens extent of information and also from what sources the information obtai-ned using quantitative research. Another object of this study was to determine if women know benefits and complications of epidural and general anaesthesia. Anonymous questi-onnaires were distributed to women in pueperium. The results of this study are recorder in a graph, which lists the results of this research.
