Aristotelian Inspirations for Contemporary Study of Friendship
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá současnými inspirativními vlivy Aristotelovy filozofie přátelství. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První dokazuje, že Aristotelova teorie přátelství je v rámci antického období nejinspirativnější. Druhá analyzuje nejznámější antické teorie přátelství. Třetí tyto teorie porovnává a poukazuje na výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých teorií.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with contemporary influences of Aristotle´s philosophy of frinedship. Thesis is divided into three parts. In first part is proved that Aristotle´s theory of friendship is most influential in context of ancient philosophy of frinedship. Second part analyzes the most famous ancient theories of friendship. Third part compares these theories and points out theirs pros and cons.
