Equality in the remuneration of employees.

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je rovnost v odměňování zaměstnanců vybraných jihomoravských podniků spadajících do CZ-NACE 25.6. Zkoumání a posouzení mzdové rovnosti byly podrobeny mzdové primární data poskytnuté vedením jednotlivých podniků. Na základě těchto údajů byla provedena analýza jednotlivých složek mzdy zaměstnanců a vyhodnocena případná existence diferenciace mužů a žen při odměňování podle věku, vzdělání a pohlaví. Závěrem práce byl zpracován návrh, který následně může posloužit k odstranění či eliminaci zjištěních nerovností v odměňování.

Abstract:

The theme of this diploma thesis is equality in the remuneration of employees of selected South Moravian enterprises included in CZ-NACE 25.6. Examinating and evaluating wage equality was subjected to payroll primary data provided by the management of individual enterprises. On the basis of these data, an analysis of the individual components of the wage of employees was carried out and the possible existence of differentiation between men and women in remuneration by age, education and gender. At the end of the thesis, a proposal was developed, which can subsequently serve to abolish or eliminate the findings of inequality in remuneration.
