People after Mental Institution Treatment Notions of Supporting them in Coping with their Life without Alcohol

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá pojetím představ lidí po ukončení léčby v psychiatrické léčebně o podpoře jejich zvládání života bez alkoholu. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou představy lidí po ukončení léčby v psychiatrické léčebně o podpoře jejich zvládání života bez alkoholu. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy protialkoholní léčba a závislost. Dále zvládání života bez alkoholu z pohledu konceptu sociálního fungování, kde je popsána osoba závislého člověka, očekávání a podpora ze strany jeho prostředí, a jejich vzájemné interakce. Podstatnými pojmy v této práci jsou mimojiné i pojmy abstinence, představy a podpora. Druhá část práce je tvořena výsledky empirického šetření a jejich interpretací. V empirické části práce se pojednává o konkrétních charakteristikách představ lidí závislých na alkoholu o podpoře zvládání života bez alkoholu po ukončení protialkoholní léčby. Na základě zjištění je v závěru formulována odpověď na základní výzkumnou otázku. První a druhá část práce jsou spojeny prostřednictvím popisu použité metodiky zkoumání, ve které jsou uvedeny základní výzkumné postupy.

Abstract:

My diploma work deals with the People after mental institution treatment notions of supporting them in coping with their life without alcohol. The aim of the work is to find out what the conception of people after mental institution treatment notions of supporting them in coping with their life without alcohol is. Terms such as alcoholism treatment and alcohol addiction are explained in the first part of the work as well as terms of coping with the life without alcohol from the aspect of social functioning describing the alcohol addicted person, demand and support from the person’s environment and their mutual interactions. Substantial terms in this work among others are abstinence, notions and support. The second part of the work consists of results of my empirical research and its interpretation. This part of work deals with the specific characteristics of images of people with alcohol addiction about support of coping with the life without alcohol after mental treatment. Based on the research the main experimental question is answered at the end of the work. The first and the second part of the work are connected with a description of methodology of the research, where basic research procedures are also named.
