Tato práce se zabýva N,N-dimethyltryptaminem, což je velmi silné endogenní serotonergní psychedelikum. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, jako je historie, výskyt, chemické, fyzikální a farmakologické vlastnosti. This paper deals with N,N-dimethyltryptamine, a very potent endogenous serotonergic psychedelic. The first part is devoted to theoretical background such as history, occurrence, chemical, physical and pharmacological properties.
