Frequent topics in the area of discrimination against persons with disabilities in terms of social worker

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem diskriminace osob se zdravotním postižením z pohledu sociálního pracovníka. Cílem této práce je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku, která zní: „Jak pomáhající pracovníci využívají při práci s lidmi se zdravotním postižením poznatky o způsobech rozpoznávání a překonávání diskriminace osob se zdravotním postižením?“ Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části práce jsou teoreticky vymezeny klíčové pojmy této práce, které jsou východiskem pro další zkoumání. Ve druhé části práce je popsán výběr výzkumné strategie, kterou je smíšený výzkum, a náležitosti spojené s realizací výzkumu včetně výběru jednotky zkoumání a zjišťování, volby metody sběru dat a objasnění operacionalizace dílčích výzkumných otázek. Předmětem analytické části je zpracování a interpretace zjištěných dat z dotazníkového šetření týkajících se výskytu diskriminace u osob se zdravotním postižením, typů diskriminace, způsob řešení diskriminace, dále je zde uvedený reálný příklad poskytnutí odborného sociálního poradenství sociálním pracovníkem osobě se zdravotním postižením ve věci diskriminace. V závěru této části je na základě získaných zjištění zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka. Pomáhající pracovníci využívají práci s lidmi se zdravotním postižením při poskytování odborného sociálního poradenství. V České republice existují poradny NRZP a Centra pro zdravotně postižené, které toto poradenství OZP nabízejí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of discrimination against persons with disabilities from the perspective of a social worker. The aim of this work is to answer the main research question is: "How to help workers use when working with people with disabilities, knowledge of the ways of identifying and overcoming discrimination against people with disabilities?" The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part the theoretical definition of the key concepts of this work, which is the starting point for further investigation. In the second part discuss the selection of a research strategy that is mixed research, and requirements associated with the implementation of research including the selection of units of the research, the choice of method of data collection and clarification operationalization of the research questions. The object of analysis of the processing and interpretation of the data from the survey on the incidence of discrimination of persons with disabilities, types of discrimination, way of dealing with discrimination, there is also an example of the fair provision of professional social counseling social worker, a person with disabilities in the matter of discrimination. At the end of this section is on the basis of the findings of the main research question. Helping workers use to work with people with disabilities in the provision of professional social counseling. In the Czech Republic there NRZP and counseling center for the disabled, which offer this advice OZP.
