Prohibition of Discrimination on the Grounds of Nationality in the EU
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popsat a zhodnotit současné pojetí zásady zákazu diskriminace podle státní příslušnosti v EU a nastínit možný budoucí vývoj. Práce obsahuje popis a analýzu této zásady v rámci svobod vnitřního trhu včetně výjimek z jejího uplatňování. Důraz je kladen na judikaturu ESD.Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to review the recent approach to the principle of prohibition of discrimination on the grounds of nationality within the EU and to predict eventual future development. It contains description and analysis of this principle within the frame of the freedoms of internal market including the exemptions from its application. The emphasis is put on the ECJ case law.
