Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategické řízení podniku BNB PARTNER s.r.o. Tato společnost se zabývá správou nemovitostí za účelem krátkodobého pronájmu, nicméně toto odvětví zažívá díky celosvětové pandemii velký propad a nejisté vyhlídky do budoucnosti.
