Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje literární rešerši nejnovějších poznatků o životním příběhu a popisu vybraných druhů životního příběhu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na životní příběh dospělých osob s mentálním postižením a na problematiku poskytování ošetřovatelské péče osobám s mentálním postižením. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains a literature search of the latest knowledge about life stories and a description of selected types of life stories. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the life story of an adult with mental disability and on the issue of providing nursing care to people with mental disability.
