Cílem práce je na základě zhodnocení nabídky vybrané cestovní kanceláře a provedeného kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu navrhnout doporučení pro zkvalitnění jejich nabízených služeb, včetně vyčíslení nákladové stránky takto přijatých opatření. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose recommendations for improving the quality of a selected travel agency’s services and calculate the possible cost of such adopted measures, based on the evaluation of the travel agency’s offer and qualitative and quantitative research.
