Bakalářská práce se věnuje významu hodnocení zákazníka jako hlavního indikátoru konkurenceschopnosti podnikatelského subjektu. Jejím cílem je analyzovat konkurenceschopnost hotelu Clarion Congress v rámci hotelového řetězce společnosti CPI Hotels. The bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of customer evaluation as the main indicator of the competitiveness of the business entity. Its aim is to analyze the competitiveness of the Clarion Congress as part of the hotel chain CPI Hotels.
