Abstract:

Bakalářská práce vyhodnocuje možné způsoby řešení obvodové konstrukce fasády. Dělí se na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části popisuje konstrukční typy fasády a zabývá se historií vzniku provětrávaných fasád. Dále popisuje konkrétní řešení provětrávaných fasád a rozebírá druhy tepelných izolací. Stručně popisuje využívané programy v aplikační části a stanovuje kritéria hodnocení pro aplikační část. V aplikační části je pomocí programu Teplo 2017 vyhodnoceno celkem 18 skladeb. Skladby jsou porovnávány z hlediska tepelné techniky na součinitel prostupu tepla, bilanci kondenzace vodní páry a vnitřní povrchovou teplotu. Dále jsou skladby porovnány z hlediska ekonomického, tzn. je stanoven rozpočet, jehož výsledkem je cena fasády za 1 m2. Závěrem v aplikační části je zhodnoceno, která skladba je pro objekt administrativní budovy nejoptimálnější.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's thesis evaluates possible solutions for building envelopes. It is divided into a theoretical and an application part. In the theoretical part, structural types are described and the history of ventilated facades is described. Specific solutions for ventilated facades are also described and types of thermal insulation are analyzed. The programs used in the application section are briefly described and the evaluation criteria for the application part are determined. In the application part, using the program Teplo 2017 a total of 18 compositions of walls were evaluated for thermal assessment, the heat transfer coefficient, the water vapour condensation balance and the internal surface temperature. Furthermore, the compositions were compared from an economic point of view, i.e. a budget is established, and the price of the facade per square meter is calculated. The most optimal composition of the wall for the office building object was evaluated in the conclusion of the application section.
